Floyd D'Silva is a solutions architect by craft and an entrepreneur by conviction. With 20+ years at the technical frontier of enterprise software, he has spent his career at the intersection of complex technology and commercial impact — architecting integrations at Oracle, building partner ecosystems at DocuSign and Twilio, and advising Meta's global messaging partners across Asia Pacific.
In 2024, Floyd stepped back from corporate life to go deep on agentic AI and quantitative finance, building multi-agent systems from the ground up. At MurmurAI, he brings this hands-on engineering capability to organisations that need practical, production-grade AI — not slide decks.
Floyd understands systems at every layer — from Redis state management and vector embeddings to C-suite strategy. He has consulted pro-bono for Safecity and other non-profits on digital tooling and API integration, and serves as a Volunteer Career Advisor with Workforce Singapore.

ElsaMarie D'Silva is a global development sector leader with 30+ years of experience spanning aviation, social enterprise, and women's rights. She is the founder of Red Dot Foundation (India and USA) and the creator of Safecity — a pioneering civic-tech platform that crowdsources anonymous data on sexual and gender-based violence to drive prevention, policy, and institutional accountability across 15+ countries.
A certified independent director with deep governance expertise, ElsaMarie has co-founded two high-impact initiatives and built coalitions with governments, police, city authorities, and communities worldwide. Her work bridges data, technology, and behaviour change to build safer, more inclusive cities. An international speaker, author, and TEDx curator, she serves on advisory boards including Women 7, The Centre for Protecting Women Online, Public Interest Registry, the Brave Movement, and the Gratitude Network.
Her early career in the airline industry — spanning Network Planning, Revenue Management, and Inflight Safety and Service — gives her a distinctive operational foundation that informs how she scales mission-driven organisations. She is also a trained counsellor and a leading facilitator of POSH and gender sensitivity workshops, bringing a deep commitment to equity and inclusion to every engagement.
